Skylight Curb Adapters work with Flat Glass Skylights
We use the Velux FCM or VCM (fixed or venting curb mount) glass skylights for most standard openings.
We sell curb adapters if your opening is slightly larger (within a couple inches) of the standard size that Velux offers. A standard 2×4 skylight curb adapter will cost about $185.00 plus freight. (around $35.00) There is no charge for boxing as we recycle other boxes that we receive freight in.
Glass is stronger than acrylic and is available in impact or Miami-Dade configurations, if needed.
We recommend that your roof should be at least a 3/12 pitch, however, they won’t leak even if installed completely flat.
