Two of three skylights are leaking—it’s time for replacement.
The owner of this Beaumont Place townhome in southeast Denver asked for an estimate to replace her outdated acrylic dome skylights. He was particularly concerned about an energy efficiency upgrade. After explaining the benefits of replacing the plastic skylights with Velux FCM skylights with Neat® glass, he accepted our proposal.

The actual size of the skylight curbs allowed us to use standard sizes.
The Velux lowE3 glass skylights transmit most of the light while reflecting most of the heat. So much so, they are Energy Star rated.
