The broken skylight is slightly larger than a standard size.
The skylight on this 44 year old home has a hole in it. It has been patched with duct tape and a lot of caulk. A skylight replacement of a curb mounted skylight is usually a quick switch. Yet, this skylight is not a common size. It’s not a problem, but does need a 2-3 week delivery time.

The installers let us know they would have to come back due to scratches in-between the glass so as to keep warranty they have to replace it.
