There was an issue with the installation, so he came out and made it right. With the help of his young assistant, whom was doing great at learning all he can from the expert.

This company truly does everything exactly how they say. The job was supposed to maybe take a half to a whole day, and finished within about 2 hours. We didn’t have any roof issues, or needing other supplies. We had older Velux skylights, and didn’t have any west side openings or venting for our top floor which gets the hottest in this old house. These new skylights with the light blocking shades and venting are a blessing! I’m so happy they close automatically with rain in Colorado! You never know when we’ll get a pop up storm outta the blue! Wildland Justin are very professional, and I had absolutely nothing to clean up. Thank you!

We are very pleased with our skylights and the solar blinds. Also, the installation went very smoothly. They were very conscientious in making sure the installation was correct and explained what they had to do to remake the skylight boxes as the VELUX window would not work with our old existing boxes. We have had a very hard rain downpour since the installation and NO leaks.

The service we received was stellar. Julia was quick to respond and get us an estimate. The installers were polite, hardworking, and performed top notch craftsmanship. We are incredibly happy with our new skylights and will definitely reccomend your company to others!

The Skylight team was a tremendous help in replacing my skylights. We had some hiccups getting approval from the HOA, but once the crew came out they were quick and courteous. I would recommend Skylight Specialists to anyone.

This is one of the most professional companies I’ve worked with in a long time. Everyone I encounted was pleasant, polite, and professional. They kept me up-to-date on everything. I’m still waiting to have a blind installed. I anticipate that will go very well, the same as everything else has. I plan on using them in the near future when I need a couple more skylights.

Josh with Skylight Specialists, Inc. was very responsive from our very first request for a cost estimate. From there we felt the replacement was good quality and the install date was expedited. Install date arrived and the install team showed up on time as promised. The entire process was very professional.

We were very pleased with Skylight specialists. My father passed when they worked on my house. Skylight specialists sent me a card expressing their sympathy and condolences. We had a great experience with Skylight Specialists. From the scheduling, inspection, proposal/contract signing, and installation, everything was really easy. Julia was great to work with and was available to answer questions throughout the process. The installation itself went really well. We were very impressed by the professionalism and kindness of Kevin and his team. Due to some water-damaged wood under our old skylight, they discovered they needed to replace the damaged wood before installing the new skylight (making sure to explain this to us and check with us before proceeding), making the installation harder and longer than they probably planned for. Even so, they worked all day to finish the project, and even stayed an extra hour to install some inside trim around the new skylight and give us some suggestions on our other skylights. It really felt like they went above and beyond and we were pleasantly surprised and very impressed. We will definitely be calling them again for future skylight replacements!

We had an extensive skylight project as part of a remodeling project installed at our home in the Denver foothills. Six panels of new glass were installed, three new fixed skylights we’re installed in the kitchen, and three Mags Bar were installed with the goal of opening up views to the entire house. Mission accomplished! We were very pleased with the end result! We now have majestic views! The installers with Rich as the supervisor were OUTSTANDING! They were dependable, on time, professional, and courteous. The entire team worked hard to achieve 100% satisfaction.

I was looking to have my skylights replaced in my kitchen. After extensive research I decided to go with skylight specialist which had great reviews. Josh came out to inspect and take measurements. He came back with a fair estimate lower than any one else I contacted. The installers, Marcus and Daniel were on time and very professional. Took time to protect the interior of our home by covering entire kitchen wifh plastic. Great job on install and clean up. The entire crew showed up every day on time the crew worked very well together. Everyone was very mannerly and kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on. The team lead Joseph went above and beyond more than once trying to make sure that we were satisfied. I have nothing to say but good things about this company their office personnel Devin. And Mike who made the appointments continuously keep us up-to-date on everything. We had more than one job going on at the same time it was the same crew the entire time no issues whatsoever. They took pictures of the work they were doing & they cleaned so well when they left and picked up everything inside and outside. Skylight Specialists went above and beyond for us to make sure the new windows were installed before a storm to prevent further damage. The installation guys were so nice and professional! You could tell they knew what they were doing and we’re great at explaining the new windows to us! Would recommend this company to any and all family and friends.

If you have any needs regarding skylights, repair, installation or replacement Skylight Specialists should be the beginning and end of your search. Recently they replaced three skylights for us that another company had installed after the 2014 hail storm. Unbeknownst to us those skylights had been leaking into our walls these last five plus years. It wasn’t until we noticed ceiling and drywall damage that we realized that there was a problem with the skylights. We have a pitched roof that is two and one half stories high and for safety reasons we have never been on top of it to see the outside of the old skylights.
When Daniel from Skylight Specialists showed us pictures of those skylights, even to our untrained eyes, we were shocked at the poor job that had been done. We have had three snow storms since Skylight Specialists replaced the old skylights and we have had no leaks and they look fantastic! The crew from Skylight Specialists was awesome. They were so careful and respectful of our home and their craftsmanship is exceptional. We are so grateful to Skylight Specialists for solving our water leak problem. From our first contact with them to the completion of our project they have exceeded our expectations.

What a pleasure to work with professionals, both in the actual work performed and the lead-up admin/site inspection/proposal. From Julia, Daniel and then Jake the installer, all were great. Josh Ewing was fantastic to work with! Josh designed a MAGS system with integrated VELUX solar venting skylights incorporated into them. They installed 32 skylights into my home (3 banks) in less than 8 days. The crew showed up on time, were super friendly to my wife, super playful and careful around my black lab Diesel, and very courteous of the residence. They only time they were not working is when they would pet the black lab for a few minutes. They did an excellent job of cleaning up each day and communicating with me on the progress they made (or did not make) each day. I have worked with two other outfits prior to Skylight Specialists and am really happy to have met Josh. I will continue to work with them on a go-forward basis and will recommend them to others. Mark the head installer was knowledgeable, straight-shooter, & courteous. If I were to guess, I am guessing 20+ years of industry experience based on conversations we had.

I had my first skylight replaced over two years ago due to hail damage by Skylight Specialists. I decided to get the other 3 replaced this winter. I chose Skylight Specialist again to replace them due to my experience with them and my HOA recommended them as well. They were the old dome type and old!! It is so nice to have beautiful clear flat ones! So nice to get all three replaced in one day. They were on time and finished an hour ahead of schedule.

I’ve used Skylight Specialists for multiple jobs now; we’d live in a better world if other contractors held themselves to the standards that Skylight Specialists hold themselves to. Skylights certainly are not cheap; Skylight Specialists were fairly priced and I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again in the future.
They were communicative from the beginning in bidding the job and answering any and all questions with the understanding that their products are not cheap and the intent of getting it right the first time. They communicated clearly about scheduling and followed up with punctuality each day in completing each of my multi-day installations.

I searched for a skylight company on nextdoor and found Skylight Specialists was recommended in a previous post. They came out to evaluate our leak the same day! The whole process was extremely professional and friendly. I did not feel like I was being up sold or anything and I was provided with photos of the damage to my current skylights to understand they needed replacement.

Davin & James did a great job replacing/installing 2 new skylights at our home. They coordinated their work w/the roofers and kept us in-the-loop. Finished product is great and work areas were clean when they left.

Skylight Specialists came highly reviewed and they did not disappoint! Our old skylights were at least 30 years old and we could hear the semis on I-225 whenever they went by a half mile away. Now, with the new Velux skylights, it is quiet as a whisper in our living room. The salespeople were professional, responsive, and punctual. The installer was professional and kind. They look amazing. What a great company to work with! We got a lower quote from another company, but their people who came out were not as knowledgeable about the types of skylights. They even gave us incorrect information. I am really glad we spent the slightly higher price to have this job done so excellently.

I’ve lived here since 1985. One of my skylights was always a tiny leak issue, but since my electric line runs close by I assumed it was going to be a bigger deal to replace. But it was noticing cracks in the one over the bathtub, while taking a bath, that made me find the business card I had gotten during last home show in Denver.
I still assumed this was going to be a major project, super heavy units.. and really expensive.. probably require short power outage.I was so wrong and should literally have done this decades ago.
Kenny & Devon did such an excellent job I took pictures. Good thing I’m not a Facebooker or I’d have posted there. Fortunately I remembered to tell them about extra shingles stashed so they made them look perfect!

We have an older (1927) home with old dome style skylights. We found the Skylight Specialists at the home and garden show. They were one of several that we called for estimates. Some of the others never even called back… Skylight Specialists were 100% on mark from the beginning to the end of the project. They provided an over the phone ball park price, then showed up on time, to measure and give the estimate, it was reasonable and understandable. The interaction with everyone from the sales to the install was unparalleled with most other contractors in the field. They were on schedule with install, even with weather delays. But the most impressive interaction was when I noticed an install issue… (totally my perfection side) they came back and fixed it with the best “can do” attitude I have seen in a long time… so impressed. I HIGHLY recommend Skylight Specialists for any skylight you need. Quality Velux products, but the install and service are beyond 5 star… thanks for the great service in a day that quality is hard to find.

Skylight Specialists did a remarkable job on our skylight and solar blind install. We had 10 skylights and 7 solar blinds installed over 3 days as a replacement to our existing skylights. The sales team worked with me up front to explain in detail and update the contract as needed before we scheduled the work. The crew, led by Devin B, were outstanding. The crew was polite, professional, respectful, and helped to protect my house by rolling out plastic on the floor from the doorway to their workspace and cleaning up after each day. We actually had lots of family in town unexpectedly during this time, and Skylight Specialists were very understanding of the situation and completed the work with minimal disruption to us. The workmanship was excellent and I did not need to provide oversight as Devin and the crew were skilled and committed to doing a high quality job. Skylight Specialists uses the best products, and installing skylights is all they do. From my perspective, they are the best company for a skylight install or replacement. I want to commend Paul Thiel on the professional installation of one Fixed Curb-Mount Velux skylight (and additional accessories) to my residence.
