This customer requested a gray glass for the skylights. VELUX managed to accommodate the customer’s wishes with a gray laminated glass for the skylights.
The special order gray glass does not carry a warranty from VELUX. If breakage occurs within a 10 year period, it will be considered on a case by case basis. Impact damage, from a broken tree limb, for example, will not be covered.
